With over three decades of experience in commercial real estate, Joe Linsalata’ active brokerage of income-producing properties, leasing, and property management supplies the expertise and knowledge to get almost any transaction completed to your satisfaction. He specialized in commercial leasing, mostly retail, with the JB Goodwin Company (1987-89) and with O’Connor Properties (1989-94.) He also performed property management with O’Connor Properties. After founding Linsalata Realty Services in 1995, in 1996, Joe achieved a long-time goal of successfully specializing in the brokerage of income producing properties. He bases his success on hard work, dedication, and integrity. His results speak for themselves; for example, since founding LRS, Joe has brokered 150 commercial sales, including retail, self-storage, and general commercial facilities. In self-storage facilities transactions alone, Joe has brokered 72 properties since 2006, representing sellers over 90% of the time.
Joe is a proactive Realtor; he held the post of chairman of the Commercial Investment Division of the Austin Board of Realtors in 1998. In 2000, he co-founded the Central Texas Commercial Brokers, which later grew into CTCAR (Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors,) for which he served on the board for six years. As a pioneer in the use of electronic marketing to reach national audiences and an early adopter of real estate field technology, Joe made LRS one of the first users with one of the first listings on LoopNet, which is now the worldwide industry standard for commercial online listings. LRS is a premium member of LoopNet. Joe assures that Linsalata Realty Services associates have the tools to handle any assignment and to give our clients maximum exposure for their properties.

Nancy grew up in Austin on Lake Travis surrounded by the beautiful hill country and is very familiar with Central Texas. She originally obtained her real estate license in 1978, working for almost 10 years as a licensed residential Realtor in the Austin area. She has also worked at her family's locally owned business; Strait Music Company which her parents founded in 1963, & she loved selling pianos like her father, sister & brother. Seeking a change, she started & worked for over 20 years as an On-Property Controller in the Hotel Industry across Texas, Florida & New Hampshire.
Most recently, in 2018, she began working for her current Broker, Joe Linsalata as his Assistant. During that time, she was able to gain extensive “hands on” knowledge in the Commercial side of real estate. In that role, she was responsible for creating all the marketing materials for LRS Listings and launching each property on the multiple on line marketing platforms for CRE. With her prior accounting skills, she also assisted her Broker in evaluating and preparing LRS Property Proformas for a sale or purchase transaction. During her administrative role, she served as the Liasson between Sellers and Buyers during the contract to closing phase of transactions, coordinating the due diligence, and keeping the timeline on track for LRS Listings. She assisted Joe on about 15 Self Storage and Shopping Center transactions until she eventually renewed her license to begin a new role with Linsalata Realty.
In 2019, upon completion of additional Real Estate study courses, she became a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent for Linsalata Realty Services. Working with her Broker Joe Linsalata, over the last four years; she has learned a lot about the Commercial side of real estate. She is now representing Linsalata Realty Services in the Central Texas area and in the State of Texas, specializing in income producing properties, working with Sellers & Buyers of CRE Properties.

Colin Laitner is a seasoned transactional attorney and real estate agent who has joined forces with LRS and has been working in real estate for over 7 years. Because Mr. Laitner has worked in the real estate industry as an attorney, as a principal and as an agent, he has a unique and well-rounded expertise with regard to marketing, finding, analyzing and procuring properties. Mr. Laitner is keenly aware of how small details can make a world of difference for a party to a real estate transaction and that such a detail can be the difference that makes a client’s transaction a hugely successful one.

Jason Cormier has teamed up with LRS to add a broad set of marketing, sales, project management, and client relationship skills to our company’s current and future development projects. Along with his tested work ethic and his great passion for commercial real estate, Jason brings a proven track record in commercial sales and leasing. Jason has consistently increased market demand for the projects he has been involved. A native of Austin, Texas, Jason Cormier received a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University and was a member of the LSU Tiger Football team. Jason is also set to receive his MBA in Accounting from LSUS in 2020. In High School, Jason was a standout athlete, earning several awards in football, including All-State and All-American honors as a Senior. Currently active as a volunteer coach at Austin Achieve Middle School and mentor for local sports and youth foundations that provide guidance and leadership.
